Kaitlynn couldn’t control her laughter. Jack always knew how to crack her up, ever since they were little kids. They had been friends since elementary school, all the way through junior and senior high, and now that they were both eighteen and a few months past graduation, they still hung out almost every weekend.
Kaitlynn calmed down and laid back down beside Jack, her straight blonde hair pouring over her shoulders while she stared at him with her blue eyes. Jack chuckled to himself and pulled out his phone, “I can’t wait to send this pic of you laughing to Melissa,”
“Hey! don’t!” Kaitlynn yelled as she swiped at his phone. Jack pulled it away just in time and her hand instead grazed against his lap as it fell.
“Sorry…” Kaitlynn quickly pulled her hand back, “I didn’t mean to touch you there,”
“It’s cool,” Jack laughed, his well-defined chest moving up and down as he chuckled.
Kaitlynn looked Jack over, she hadn’t really noticed before, but he really was quite handsome. He was tall, with jet black hair and an athletic body, which made sense, he was a lifeguard after all. She adjusted herself, she was a runner herself, and her body was just as fit as his. She moved her legs trying to find a comfortable position, her tight yoga pants straining to keep up.
