I know, I know.
I’m a bad person.
But it’s not like you can judge, we both know why you’re reading this story so why don’t I just get on with it?
I’ll spare you too many details but about a year and a half ago I met my now-wife, Maria. We were both past our prime and looking to settle down and she was everything I looked for in a woman; smart, funny, super sexy and a hard worker. Despite the fact that I have more than enough money to support our family myself, Maria continues to work as a waitress at the diner we met at because she just loves having things to do and helping out, and I admire her for it.
After our first date she informed me that she had a kid who’s dad is no longer in the picture and didn’t want to keep it from me. I had no problems with this since her daughter Mia, was already grown up and I didn’t have to worry about changing diapers.
The issue came when I met Mia. As soon as I laid eyes on her, I knew she’d be a problem.
