“Lunch is on me today.” Ayaka spoke nonchalantly. The two were eloping together in a different city, far from everyone else they knew.
The dark haired boy felt as if a huge burden was lifted off his shoulders. He found himself wanting to hold her in his arms until the next. Kyouya pushed the thought away and headed to the airbnb.
That was the last transaction he did with his own bank account before the card was blocked by his own father. Renting a small room for the night before meeting up with Alex and Diana the next day. Soon enough both of them were sitting on the sofa, enjoying their only meal for the day.
“I think we should’ve gotten more food for dinner.” The girl spoke softly. “This won’t be enough for you.”
Kyouya finished his noodles in less than 2 minutes. He shook his head.
“I’m done. I don’t eat a lot these days.”
“Explains why you look like death. Should get a lot more food.” The younger girl narrowed her eyes. She left her remaining instant noodles for him to eat.
“Just take mine. I’m going to go to the store again.”
