She has a ‘delusion of love’ , that someone loves her , she has never met this person. She feels sad for the person ( there is no one it’s a delusion) and will do what would make this person happy .

I imagine she would meet this person, and he would ask her to get nude , touch her , explore her and she would allow him .

This is a true story. I had gone for a short holiday with my wife , she is in her 50s , looks good , curvy. We stayed at this resort which had a beautiful view to a mountain.
We went for a walk in the evening near the pool , there were a boy who was staying at the same hotel who constantly looking at my wife admiring her.
In the night she went down to pick up something , he met her and said he wanted to talk to her. She was a bit surprised, she did not know him , but he looked decent. She agreed.
She went with him to the caffe . He told her she was beautiful, she felt good and thanked him . He said he wanted to tell her something, it was a request would she be ok , she agreed . He then said he wanted to see her . She was surprised what did he mean .
