I have an odd request. I am looking for a very specific story, but I cannot remember much about it. I want to say it was on [tgstorytime.com](https://tgstorytime.com) but I could be wrong about that.
The story is about a man who had to get an extremely expensive procedure to save his life from an unnamed illness, but to pay for the treatment, he then had to agree to a bunch of extreme plastic surgery (not sure if it was exactly plastic surgery or if it was some other type of wild treatment) that turns him into a massively busty, huge cocked, and always horny shemale. He was one of the first to go through this transformation and acts as the wealthy donor’s errand girl and possibly his sex slave(?). Unfortunately, that is all I remember, but it was one of my favorite stories and I really want to read it again.
