Where better to find someone to lead our Adult Romance Publishing business than in SexyStories?
We are looking for a driven, motivated person to be Editor & Team Lead in the Adult / Romance book niche.
You should be passionate about the Adult / Romance Novel niche (and if you are in this subreddit, I’m sure you are!)
Your role:
– Sourcing authors / books
– In charge of editing and proofreading books
– Find designers and contract them to create covers for the books.
– Publish the books to kindle
As we start out this role will be part-time, but will evolve to full time over the coming months.
The rate we are looking to pay is between $10 to $25 per hour.

Interesting proposition. Since it seems you we’re advertising for someone to do all the work…please explain what the pay symbolizes? Is there profit sharing? Advances for authors? The business isn’t described or linked
Soo… you want a slave to do the work in your business model, being paid hourly, while you take the publisher’s cut or even the whole cake, if your new minion finds writers dumb enough to do commissions for publishing.
Smart. And you’re not even bashful about it. Ballsy.
I’m not yet sure if I’m impressed or disgusted. Probably both.
