I’m interested in having someone help workshop a story arc for this with me in more detail. I have a general idea for the first couple chapters but yeah, feedback would be great. Here’s the outline:

In the year 2040, female orgasms have all but disappeared off the face of the planet. Globo-Man and his transnational corporation Globo-Corp-Solutions has poisoned most of the water supply with something called PP-22. A chemical that has given every man micro-penis. Men and women are also confined to an incredibly busy workweek (Globo-Man’s goal is to increase the 40 hour workweek to 120 hours). In addition, sexuality in culture whether through media entertainment or fashion is strongly discouraged and borderline illegal.
While in general the men’s sex drive have just decreased and withered away, women, desperately in need of a good fuck, are beginning to lose their minds, resulting in sexual crime sprees and irrational terrorist-like destruction of random property (a large portion of which is perpetrated by the mysterious, anarchist collective Pussy Xplosion)
It’s a dire situation. That was… until a mysterious caped crusader appeared one night, a donkey dick in a world of micro-penii, who goes by the nom de plum: Captain Fatcock! Clad in an American flag cape, captain sailors hat, purple mask, tights and speedos with a humongous bulge (what’s he got in there?) he’s come to satisfy all the neglected pussies of the world! Rumor has it that he is able to give such mindblowing orgasms that one woman has actually died of a heartattack after experiencing his super powers! This has made him a controversial figure and a vigilante and criminal in the eyes of law enforcement. The police department (essentially in the pocket of Globo-man) and led by Detective “Little” Dick Rogers are eager to catch him and put our hero in jail.
His arch-nemesis is the aforementioned, mysterious, incredibly wealthy and strangely asexual being/CEO Globo-Man. Globo-Man is all about 24 hour consumption and production production production! Sickly, with crumbly play-doh like skin and rumored to have no genitals at all, Globo-Man sees sexuality as a roadblock to maximum profit and accelerated, unfettered capitalism. To curb the recent sexual hysteria and radical sex terrorism perpetrated by women, Globo-Man has been working on a new, extreme solution to the problem of sexual needs…. to actually erase both male and female genitalia altogether! “So Long Gender!” Globo-Man says.
Captain Fatcock isn’t totally alone, he also has the help of his elderly assistant/butler Wrigley Thompson the III who helped raise the Captain since he was an orphan and Booty Girl, a brainiac nerd girl who helps build new and exciting sexual gadgets and toys to assist on their journeys (and who also has a great ass but won’t ever give it up for the Captain. It later comes out that she’s a lesbian and comedy ensues when the Captain is unable to process why she wouldn’t be interested in him)…
I also want to add some trans characters but haven’t fleshed them out yet. Thanks for your time!
