What platforms are good for someone who wants to professionaly write erotica and be supported through platform like patreon or kofi but doesnt exactly know how this whole thing works? like how do you give your paypal and dont these companies hate nsfw, would I be allowed to make this content?

Hello, I would like to do something more professionally in my writting career that is not only writting erotica on tumbrl, and I would need support for both family and professional reasons however, I am pretty new to this pay pal thingy, I have always paid materialistically so this digital thing is new to me (even though I am in college) what is the best platform for writting erotica, since most platforms hate nsfw, and i have also heard bad things about patreon and kofi/buy me coffee, does anyone have something to reccomend, I think I should also mention that i am not from the US so I am not quite sure how the person will donate me, like if they give me dollars will these money have to be interchanged in a bank? (I am not really financially smart so I apologize if this sounds like common knowledge) I am worried kofi or patreon will ban me or use my IBAN against me since my real name would be there and i dont want this to ruin future career or something, I am very private person due to being abused in the past but I have severely high yet repressed sex drive, and writting really calms me down and I struggle to find a job due to a lot of problems I have so as far as I can go, this should support me for a while, I am somewhat good I think, but I am not a newbie or perfect so I will probably set it at 3 dollars per request, if you can give any advice I would appreciate it.

  1. Could always have a free OnlyFans full of text posts that people can tip on? Though that platform does take 20% of all earnings

  2. Platforms like patreaon, kofi, buymeacoffee don’t want NSFW content on them. You can use them as a tipping jar by linking from your post – or the platform you post from – onto it. Just build up a general writer / author support page without content and too many details. It should work without making too many troubles, because no NFSW content is on their platforms. You just use them as payment page, they get their cut, they are happy, they don’t ask. At least that is the solution I came up with.

  3. SubscribeStar is a NSFW friendly alternative to Patreon. Not sure if it has options for one time donations/requests though.
