11 at night and I get a text from a number I don’t recognize that just says “hey I’m [ex-virgin airman who had just gotten deployed]’s friend”
I am a calm person but when I’m 1/2 awake I assume the worst
me: “Is he ok???”
“yeah why wouldn’t he be?”
so I’m like really confused now
I write back “so why do you have my number?”
“Well so he and I have something in common…or we used to…”
Lightbulb goes off….I at this point am awake
