Breathing in slowly through my nose and then blowing it back out my mouth slowly, in my nose ,out my mouth again repeating over and over again. As the feeling of energy tingles reaches across my whole body. As I lay down on my back with my eyes closed. Feeling this ecstasy throughout my whole body . Coming from my feet up way up to my root chakra. An out and back as I keep breathing in my nose and out my mouth. About 6 seconds each in and then out. I feel this energy glowing building up and then flowing in my sexual region , my root chakra. Oh this ecstasy was a beautiful feeling as I kept breathing in and out for 6 seconds at a time. Now with energy flowing with ecstasy, my body begins to quiver, my toes curled hands raised behind my head. As I keep breathing in and out. My genitals raised , my body tingleing . My eyes still shut. Fireworks of light flashing across my vision. Oh this is ecstasy I thought .pure Bliss. As I keep breathing long breaths in and out until my whole body feels this harmony of pure ecstasy.
