Today another slave/sub position got added to the repertoire. The position ‘Nadu’ is a kneeling position, knees wide, thighs and butt resting on the heels. The forearms positioned on top of the thighs with palms facing up. It’s a position that made me feel like fully surrendering, showing vulnerability and being ready to please. Practicing this position left me feel fully open and reflecting on the past days. Regarding intensity I’m at a 8/10. Practicing the positions somehow really gets me into the proper mindset.
