I apologised to her but she was fuming! Suddenly we heard some footsteps and in entered Dave!
I was literally frozen. He came in, saw her upset face and asked her “what happened mom? ” she pointed at the floor and said ” I accidentally dropped the burgers on the floor”…. “oh that’s okay, we’ll make do with something else.” He said and grabbed the drinks he had come in for and left. PHEWW! She gave me a cold blooded stare and I scooted from there. Throughout the Barbie she kept a distance from me and had a stern angry stare whenever we made eye contact but she didn’t mention about the incident to anyone.
