With my previous semester of college coming to an end recently I thought I’d devote a bit more time to working on my erotic writing skills. The problem comes from the book I’ve been casually pulling prompts from when I don’t feel like playing with my own well-tapped interests. Since the book “365 Erotic Writing Prompts: A Journal of Daily Creativity Exercises” by R. J. Bean instructs it’s user to only explore a prompt for 15 minutes I feel crushed for time. It doesn’t help that I normally enjoy the lead up just as much as my scenes and normally end up giving 9-10 minutes of the prompt’s time to build up before even attempting to get naughty. I was wondering if anyone else had problems using quick prompt ideas and whether you just adapted to skipping straight to the lewd moments or if you eventually stopped caring about the time limit and kept going till you were satisfied? Any input about your own writing process would be appreciated!
